Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all gaskets, lids, and accessory attachments are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
